3. Reworking(Removing resin)
3.1. Heat the part until solder melting point.
3.2. Parts are peeled off by tweezer while solder has melted.
3.3. The resin that remains on the substrate is removed by tweezer while heating.
3.4. The resin on the surface is wiped off with the solvent.
(Acetone or Alcohol)
4. Handling
4.1.Safety
ECR-9945K contains the bisphenol type epoxy resin and the acid anhydride. Poisoning and dermatitis might be caused by contact with the skin, and guard the following notes.
4.1.1. Please wear the protection tools such as the protective glove, glasses, and aprons while handling the resin.
4.1.2. Please wash your hand, and gargle enough after handling the resin.
4.1.3. Please wash the skin and the clothes well with the neutral soap when the resin adheres to. Please do not use the solvent when adhering to the skin.
4.1.4. When the resin enters eyes, flushes it enough in water and if necessary receive the doctor’s examination.

4.2. Transportation
The product is sent out while frozen.
The dry ice packing is used for the overseas shipment.
After the product arrives, please keep it in the freezer of -20deg.C or less.
4.3. Returning to the room temperature
Please work after it returns the room temperature to prevent the dewy.
When you keep -40deg.C or less, after leaving about two hours in the freezer of -20deg.C and leave it in the room temperature for three hours. Please set up the product to prevent air being rolled when leave to do room temperature at time.
Please use the product within 24 hours after returning the room temperature.
Escape bubble under the vacuum is preferable because air is rolled easily when transferring it to the another container.
4.4. Underfilling
Please confirm whether there are in on the substrate and the part gap foreign bodies. There is a possibility that the adverse effect goes out to the resin infiltration when there is a foreign body.
When the substrate is heated to about 50deg.C, the infiltration of the resin is the most excellent. Please decide the temperature according to the sizes of parts and gaps, etc.
Please spread it on 1 or 2(L character) line to avoid rolling air in the gap.
Please cure the resin within one hour after painting to prevent the filler separation of the resin or changing in quality by the moisture absorption.
4.5 Curing
Standard cure condition is 100deg.C for 60 minutes or 120deg.C for 10 minutes.
Its temperature indicates the resin’s one.
You can’t have indicated properties if cure is insufficient.
You can use box type heater or IR curing device for curing resin.
4.6. Washing
We recommend the solvent of the acetone and alcoholic type for the solvent washing resin.
Please work with the grove for resistance solvent.
Please be careful not to mix washing solvents into the product.
When solvent mixes, it may change resin reactivity.
